Liquid sloshing and its interaction with an elastic cover in a cylindrical tank is considered. The velocity potential for the fluid flow expanded into Bessel-Fourier series as commonly used. An efficient scheme then developed, which allows plate deflection to use same type of expansion potential. When these two are matched on interface plate, together edge conditions, unknown coefficients expansions can be easily obtained.
